Faithful America came to the Glasgow Actions Team wanting to bring to life the image of Trump as a golden calf, a Biblical symbol of a false prophet. The network of progressive Christians would use the 15-foot inflatable to protest Christian-nationalist conferences, Trump rallies, and other events in key swing states. Using depictions of the golden calf and Trump’s most identifying features, we led the design of the balloon and worked with an inflatable vendor to bring it to life.
